Enjoy the company of fellow conservatives at our monthly meeting in Bellevue.

Speaker: Bill Cooper

Bill Cooper is a retired Chief of Police, certified Anti-Terrorism Specialist, and recognized authority on international terrorism. In high demand as a speaker, Mr. Cooper presents cutting-edge information and analysis of the reality of global terrorism. We’ll learn what is really happening around the world and in the United States, and what this means for our country, now and in the future.
Bill’s experience includes investigating terrorism cases, emergency response preparation and management, and instruction for first responders. Bill is the author of five books, including The First Responders’ Guide to Terrorist Attacks, and is co-author of the upcoming book, Confronting Suicide Terror. Bill holds an MBA and second Masters Degree in Public Administration, and is a graduate of the FBI National Academy and the Washington State Law Enforcement Executive Command College.
