October 3rd Potluck & Trap Shooting Event

By admin | September 24, 2009

Bring a food item to share and join other Young Republicans for a day at the outdoor shooting range in Renton! Trap shooting is one of the most popular forms of clay shooting in the United States. Our group will have access to the main Club House for a social gathering and pot luck, one of the trap fields reserved exclusively for us, a fireplace to gather for warm conservation, for all of Saturday afternoon from 11am-4pm. If you have been wanting to invite friends to join in your Right of center fun, this will be a great event to get to know fellow members, and you are welcome to invite guest.

The cost for this event is $10 per person (but that may be reduced depending on how many attend), and the trap shooting is $10 per round which includes the 25 clay targets and ammo. The range does not supply guns, but there will be a collection of YR guns available for borrow.

Everyone that wants to shoot must sign a RFGC participant form, which will be available at the event, and must bring identification. The range has 12 gauge, and .20 gauge ammunition for shotguns is available for sale in the main club house. If you already have your own shotgun and ammo you want to use, you can just get the targets for $5 per round.

**Please bring cash or check to make things easy.**
