October Meeting

Welcome to the new KCYR meeting! Starting in September we are taking our monthly meetings to the Next Level!
When: Thursday, October 1st, 7:00 PM
Where: North Bellevue Community Center, Room A

This month the meeting schedule will be:
6:45 - Arrive and enjoy refreshments with the group and some good conservative conversation
7pm - Meeting begins, group introductions
7:15-8pm Committee breakouts
What do you enjoy doing? What are you best at? Have an awesome idea? Want to get your feedback into the group right away? Join up with a committee group of your choice: Political/Volunteer, Social, Membership/Outreach, or even something new such as finance or web and help plan out a future event!
8-8:30pm - Monthly Speaker - Institute for Justice
The Institute for Justice (IJ) is a nonprofit, public interest legal center committed to defending and strengthening the essential foundations of a free society: private property rights, economic and educational liberty, and the free exchange of ideas. It engages in cutting-edge litigation and advocacy both in the courts of law and in the court of public opinion on behalf of individuals whose most basic rights are denied by the government.
8:30 Adjourn and head to our after meeting social at Claim Jumper and get to know us even better. Directions:
